To maintain the energy of this frequency-first space, please follow these guidelines:
Share Offerings in the Right Place: If you have a course, service, or offering, post it only in the designated “Offerings” section.
No Promotion or Affiliate Links in the Main Feed: This ensures everyone feels safe, seen, and free to share without being met with sales messages.
Respect Boundaries: Do not DM members with offers unless they have explicitly requested it in the Offerings section.
By joining the Sovereign Alignment Frequencies (SAF) Circle, you also agree to:
Honor Privacy & Confidentiality – Keep all discussions, shares, and personal experiences within the Circle.
Respect & Uplift Others – Engage with kindness, avoid judgment, and support fellow members.
Stay Aligned & Focused – Bring energy that serves your growth and the community’s frequency.
No Promotions or Selling – This is a sacred space for alignment and expansion, not marketing or unsolicited offers.

By subscribing to the Sovereign Alignment Frequencies Membership Circle (“Membership”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) between you (“Member,” “you”) and Aligned Frequency (AMPEO LLC) (“Company,” “we”). These Terms govern your access, use, and participation in the Membership.
Acceptance of Terms
By clicking “Join,” completing payment, or accessing Membership content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. This constitutes a legally binding agreement.
Purpose & Scope of Membership
The Membership is designed to provide resources, guidance, and community to support your personal, spiritual, and professional alignment, including: Digital downloads & templates. Online video content & courses
Access & Delivery
Upon subscription, you will receive login/access instructions for the Membership platform and IG group. Live call schedules, updates, and new content will be communicated via the platform and email.
Communication
By joining, you consent to receive emails regarding: Membership updates & access. Marketing & promotions from Aligned Frequency. Community updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails, but Membership communications may continue.
Membership Fees & Billing
Membership is billed on the selected recurring cycle (monthly). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation; members will be notified. Promotions and discounts are at the Company’s discretion. Members must keep payment information current to avoid service interruptions.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Membership, all sales are final.
Term & Cancellation
Membership begins upon first payment and continues on the recurring cycle. You may cancel at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation is effective immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle.
Termination
We may terminate Membership for: Violation of Terms. Nonpayment. Actions detrimental to the community. Post-termination, access to all content and community is revoked.
Intellectual Property
All content, templates, and materials are owned by Aligned Frequency (AMPEO LLC). Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license: For personal and/or business use (as specified) No resale, redistribution, or sharing with third parties
Privacy & Confidentiality
Respect member privacy and community confidentiality. Aligned Frequency will handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Policy. Breaches may result in suspension or termination.
Member Submissions
By submitting testimonials, photos, or feedback, you grant the Company a royalty-free license to use these for marketing and promotional purposes.
Disclaimers & No Guarantee
Content is for educational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed; success depends on individual effort.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Company liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the last 12 months or $500 (where permitted by law). Members agree to indemnify the Company from claims arising from use of the Membership.
Accuracy of Information
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all website information is current. We reserve the right to correct errors or update content.
Arbitration & Governing Law
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules. Laws of Utah govern these Terms.
Notices
Official notices will be sent via email or posted on the website. Formal legal notices may be sent by certified mail.
Force Majeure & Service Disruption
We are not liable for interruptions caused by events outside our control (internet outages, hacking, natural disasters, etc.). Membership may be temporarily suspended in such events.
Revisions & Miscellaneous
Terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable. Membership rights are personal and non-transferable. This document is the entire agreement between the Parties.
